Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please try to give me at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will have a fee of 30% of the scheduled service. If it’s an emergency, just reach out—I’m always here to work with you.
For no-shows, the full cost of the missed service will be charged. This fee is nonrefundable and will need to be paid before booking any future appointments.
I allow a 15-minute grace period if you’re running late. After that, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service (like skipping the final style) depending on the timing for the day.
